At Bar Henry you can order a half-bottle serving of any bottle on the list for half the price of the 750 ml. They pour you half and post the remaining "half" on the mirror on the other side of the bar. Your fellow drinkers can buy either the half bottle or just a glass. This is a brilliant idea that should be widely emulated. Seriously, why hasn't anyone thought of this before? I'm told that on a busy night, there are lots of interesting half bottles posted.
